Our work on the ground in Lesotho is managed by our General Manager, Ntate Linne Mankoe, based in Maputsoe. Reporting to our General Manager in Lesotho are a Projects Manager, Enterprise Officer, Nurse and Farm Manager, the Irish volunteer team and Basotho volunteer team.

The link between the Action Lesotho Board of Directors and the General Manager is a Field Officer from Ireland, currently based in Lesotho, who meets with all the projects, supports the work of the General Manager and furthers relationships with stakeholders, NGOs and government representatives. She also prepares Action Lesotho volunteers for their work placements, inducts them into their projects on the ground and maintains weekly contact with management and volunteers in Maputsoe.
