Local Development
We support local voluntary and community groups in Lesotho; our aim is to link these organisations with comparable groups in Ireland. The main strategy in this initiative is to build capacity locally. We have a steady stream of volunteers from Ireland on short, medium and long-term projects based in Lesotho.

Awareness
We keep people in Ireland informed of what we do with support from local press and radio, with photographic exhibitions, the involvement of schools across the Country and fundraising by community groups, businesses and individuals. Awareness in Lesotho is raised by working with the Irish Embassy, community and village groups, government departments and agencies, faith-based bodies, colleges and schools.
